The team behind your plan
Aurora, Ettore, Marina and Nadia: four virtual nutritionists, four ways of looking at the table — educational, sports, gradual, Mediterranean. Pick the one most like you: the plan is written around you, and everything you say truly counts for the next one.
The pleasure of treating yourself well
Treating yourself well at the table is not about counting, it is about choosing. The nutritionist you pick writes your plan from what you tell them: weight, goals, allergies. Then you make it yours — drop the foods you don’t like, ask for the ones you want, and decide how many different things you are willing to buy.
Four steps, once.
Email and password. Nothing else.
Each one has a declared approach: educational, Mediterranean, sports.
Weight, height, goals, allergies and intolerances. Five minutes.
It takes a few minutes: you can close everything and come back later.
The difference is not that it writes a plan — plenty of things do. It is that the plan specialises on you, and everything you tell it truly counts for the next one.
If you are vegetarian or allergic to nuts, those foods are removed before the assistant writes anything: they are simply not among its options. A constraint written as a recommendation is not a constraint.
Remove what you don’t like from the ingredient list, and say why if you wish. We suggest a replacement right away, and from the next plan on that food no longer appears.
“It bloats me, I’d rather have spelt” is a sentence that gets read: barley goes out and spelt comes in. If you ask for a food we don’t have, we add it for you.
You decide how many distinct foods it may use per type — four proteins, three carbs, five vegetables. Variety lives in the combinations, not in the shopping list.
Choose how many days you shop for — three, seven, two weeks, a month — and we tell you how much to get, rounded to what you can actually buy. Your ticks stay even if you close the page.
The assistant sees your clinical data only while you allow it, and you can revoke that whenever you want. Completed plans can be truly deleted.
An artificial intelligence does the writing, and we say so on every plan, together with the model that produced it. It is not a doctor and makes no diagnosis: it is a serious starting point to have reviewed by a professional, especially if you have a condition or follow a therapy.
Later on you will be able to move to a real nutritionist and bring your history with you, if you wish.
“Barley bloats me, I’d rather have spelt”
A note like that removes barley from future plans and puts spelt in the pantry. It is not a box to tick: it is what you would have said out loud to a nutritionist.
Create your account, pick your assistant, answer a few questions. Then personalise the plan the way you want.
